NürnbergMesse celebrates its 50th anniversary. In the 1970s, it was the Spielwarenmesse that promoted the idea of a new exhibition centre in Nuremberg. AFAG trade fairs have also played an important role in the development of the exhibition centre to this day.

NürnbergMesse was founded 50 years ago. At the time, it was a newcomer that was not expected to be very successful. With perseverance, courageous decisions and the "Spirit to Grow", it developed into a global player.

Green hydrogen is a key element of the energy transition. With Brazil, a major player now wants to position itself as a leading producer of green hydrogen on the global market. German-Brazilian synergies are of crucial importance here - also in the double passport with the Nuremberg metropolitan region.

100,000 people at 2,000 individual events: For the first time since 1979, Nuremberg will again host the "Deutscher Evangelischer Kirchentag" (DEKT) from June 7-11, 2023.
